10. Molasses pours quickly.


 9. No shortage of fish and chips no matter how few you start out with.

 8. Extra toppings always come without asking or paying.


 7. You can swim IMMEDIATELY after eating.


 6. Extra calories always turn into muscle.


 5. You still feel full even hours after eating Chinese Food.


 4. Chocolate becomes the fifth basic food group. 

(I’ve been trying to get this one done for decades!)


 3. Colonel Sander's “secret recipe” is finally revealed.


 2. The “glass half empty/half full” debate ceases because every glass “runneth over”.   PSALM 23

 8. Volcanoes erupt flowers.


 7. Clouds have literal "silver linings".


 6. “Fount of Every Blessing” relates to EVERY waterfall.


 5. It literally rains “cats and dogs”.


 4. There is no “dark side” of the moon.


 3. You can stare at the sun for as long as you like.


 2. Meteors hit the earth, they don’t do damage and the space crystals attached to them mean only one thing…

David Letterman began his show when I was a teenager (Oops! Outed my age on the Internet again. Sort of.) so I grew up listening to his "Top Ten List". I decided to try and write one myself, which reveals to you what I have been doing with my time in Lock down.


So without further adieu, may I present, Laura-Lee's ...

 7. Men ask for directions when they are lost.


 6. Women discuss OTHER people’s feelings.


 5. Plow Shares become the number one stock.


 4. Greta Thunberg forgives you unconditionally.


 3. Dancing lessons from (Prince) David.


 2. ALL LIVES MATTER!


 … and the number one sign you are living in the Millennial Kingdom …


  1. JESUS RULES on EARTH from JERUSALEM!

I Am My Own Best Dream


My life may be shredded and in tatters,

but in my heart I know I am ALL that matters.


You are not my sunshine. How can you be?

MY sun eclipses, MY “moon” bigger than the sea.


Yes. “I gotta’ be me. I gotta’ be free”.

How can I stand being so very pretty?


Why should I look at you and spend the time,

when I can look at myself. I am SO fine!


I master my destiny! I’m a one-man team! (sorry “one-person”)

I strive to be a World-Wide meme.


I’m so past gender. That’s not where it’s at.

I’m so fluid I am now a cat.


In front of my mirror I primp and preen,

to make myself “my own best dream”.


Yet I still feel lonely and it does seem,

that perhaps I need a BETTER dream.
