MARTYN ILES Discusses The OLYMPICS (Paris 2024)

 

Martyn Iles, CEO of Answers in Genesis, has just spent eighteen minutes in love with his own voice to bestow his great wisdom upon us regarding the debauchery on display at the Olympics.

He comes to the conclusions that it is BAD and we should not let it stop us from still being Christians, and that "being insulted is a feature not a bug in the Christian life"

(A phrase Martyn LOVES to say almost as much as Kamala LOVES to say, "I can imagine what will be, unburdened by what has been.")

I think someone from Answers in Genesis needs to explain the meaning to Martyn.

Now he's adopted the same tone of voice as Papa Ken, who speaks to all of us like we are only five years old. It sounds like he wants to end every sentence with,

The Olympics are Against Jesus ❗️ (Well, there's a shocker) 🤨

 

Recently I keep replaying scenes from the movie “Die Hard” in my brain. You know how it goes…

 

Terrorists have taken over a big skyscraper in LA and the people at a Christmas Eve party are their hostages. Only New York cop, John McClane, 😃 knows about it and is trying to alert the local authorities.

He can't get the Fire Department to come, the dispatchers at 911 are upset because he's contacting them on a Walkie-Talkie, instead the proper way by phone, but at last he convinces them to send over a lone police patrol car to have a look. The cop does a little look-see and then decides it's a wild goose chase and begins driving away.

(Of course the Terrorists are smugly watching all of this too.)

Then suddenly BOOM! ☄️ a dead body hits the hood of the cop car and the Terrorists rain bullets down on him.

Then we see John, looking out of the window he just threw the dead body from, yelling,

“WELCOME TO THE PARTY, PAL!”

I can totally relate. It seems I am constantly trying to get people to acknowledge that we have some MAJOR problems that have been going on for years (sometimes decades) that they are just suddenly waking up to.

Case in point, The Olympics.

I haven't watched the Olympics for at least a dozen years, ever since they “came out” as hard core supporters of all things LGBTQ, which they have made glaringly obvious time and time again. I mean, even the Olympic logos were changed to reflect the LGBTQ rainbow.

It's interesting to see exactly WHO is so flipped out about this:

 People who are not Christians, but are getting very fed up with the LGBTQ constantly being in their faces and wrecking things and

 Ivory Tower Christians who are unaware that the REAL world is enduring some REAL problems. 

In Paris itself there are violent mobs running through the streets, the Ukraine is fighting mighty Russia, Israel is fighting Hamas and still trying to recover the Hostages (with NO help from anyone), and your average person is just trying to keep food on the table, a roof over their heads and body and soul together.

So do all these people care about a bunch of Jesus-Hating Queers and Transgender people doing blasphemous things at the Olympic Games? 

Yeah. Me neither.

We've wasted MORE than enough time on this topic. 

Let's move on to something that actually matters. 👉

Answers in Genesis VS Critical Race Theory

 

Ken Ham and the Answers in Genesis people say they are Rebuilding the TOWER of BABEL in order to “confront racist ideologies”.

Yeah, right.🤨

In the “40 Days and 40 Nights of Christian Music” currently in full swing at the Creation Museum there are almost 100 groups and speakers participating. How many are black?

Less than 5.

“Well, that's not their fault, Laura-Lee,  because so few black people sing Gospel music.”

Yeah right. 🤨 Let's try another one.

Out of their 19 Official speakers, how many are people of color? 0. Zero. Zilch.

“Well, that's not their fault, Laura-Lee, because so few black people are capable of coherent, knowledgeable speech.”

Yeah, right. 🤨 Let's try another one.

They just hosted a big Teacher/Leadership Conference. Scan the participants. Do you see any black people there, because I don't.

“Well, that's not their fault, Laura-Lee, because so few people of color live in the Cincinnati, Ohio area or are capable of traveling there.”

Okay, okay, okay❗️Enough with these pathetic excuses. The Answers in Genesis  “Spin-Doctors” are going to have to go back to the drawing board and cook up a much better excuse for Rebuilding Babel.

HOWEVER,  that ain't gonna work with God no matter how many people they can dupe and deceive down here.

Answers in Genesis: JonesTown Redux

 

When Congressman Leo Ryan received complaints from a handful of people concerned that their family members were being kept against their will in a community in Guyana, South America run by the Reverend Jim Jones, he went down with a news crew to check it out. He was given a tour by Jones but as they were getting back on the plane to return to America they were gunned down by Jones's people.

Then Jim Jones convinced more than 900 people to murder their children and drink poison before he blew his brains out. 

I watched with horror in my little girl eyes as this all unfolded before us in the news over the course of many days.

About a year later the miniseries about this was aired on American network TV. It was hyper accurate and the last moments were able to be depicted verbatim because several people made a run for it and survived and Jones was such a raging, insane Narcissist that he recorded the entire thing on audio, right down to the final shot.

We study this in Behavioral Science because it is a textbook example of a cult and its leader and because we can track the rise and fall of it from beginning to end.

I have studied hour upon hour of video testimony by former members of The People's Temple as well as a myriad of interviews and sermons by Jones himself.

But it is the original images that still haunt and drive me as I watch them played out again by Answers in Genesis under Ken Ham. Just as I saw the tragedy of JonesTown unfold all those decades ago, I can't help but wonder what will happen to the HUNDREDS of thousands of devoted  followers of Ken Ham when his day of Reckoning comes, as it surely will. I pray that some action is taken by the authorities to avoid continuing and further hurt to its members.

It is my deep, DEEP desire that the tragedy in Guyana can be used to save those trapped by cults in THIS generation.

Where is Answers in Genesis on the JonesTown Timeline❓️

SUICIDE 

Although they are not at a mass suicide level yet I'm sure they have been large contributors to several individual suicides.

FINANCIAL CORRUPTION

They have gone FAR down this Rabbit Hole and have been for years. Ken Ham is a millionaire many times over, has his entire family (including in-laws) on the AiG payroll and has been taking “kickbacks” for years. All of this I discovered just by doing some basic searches through public records online that are available to anybody who wishes to look. The fact that the IRS doesn’t routinely audit him speaks volumes.

SEXUAL MISCONDUCT

Yes. There is lots of Fornication and Adultery going on and being covered up amongst its leaders and members, but even though that is anti Biblical and sinful it's not illegal. And there are very few people who would cancel their holiday plans to the “world renowned” Ark Encounter and Creation Museum just because a bunch of hypocrites are behaving immorally. 

As to actual Sexual Abuse …

Because of the heinous and criminal nature of Sexual Abuse it has been my practice through the years to never accuse someone of such a thing unless I have hard evidence against them that will stand up in a court of law.

But if you want my professional opinion…

Yes. There is currently sexual abuse going on at Answers in Genesis, but these things are deeply hidden and covered up and until somebody has the moral courage to come forward and tell what they know, it will continue. It certainly won't be the victims breaking the silence because they are imprisoned by their fears and shame which has been inflicted on them by their perpetrators and has condemned them to lives of agony.

(But no big deal, eh? 🤷‍♀️)

There's very little more I can do from my small apartment in CANADA 🇨🇦. It will require someone “in the know” to blow the whistle, for Christians to take a stand, and/or for American Patriots to say “Not in MY country!”

Or perhaps just a few concerned family members will reach out to their local governing authority, just like those that brought about the end to JonesTown. Tragic as that ending was, it still ENDED!

Since Answers in Genesis continues to grow and expand rapidly on a Global scale I can't help but cringe and lament as I wonder how long it will go on before it has its ending and just what level of tragic that ending will be.

This beloved brother and sister rag doll pair was the closest children ever got to gender issues.

Then in 1976 when I was ten years old (Oops❗️🙊 Accidentally outed my age on the internet again), on the sitcom, "All in the Family", Archie Bunker became the Grandpa to Joey Stivic and the Ideal Toy Company started selling the first "Anatomically Correct" doll. History sources make it sound like it created a few raised eyebrows from those who were too conservative and progressively backwards, but no major stir, which is FAR from the truth. Parents and Grandparents were appalled, citing that it was "sexualizing children", but to no avail. Anatomically correct dolls were here to stay.

Dreadfully, they gradually became an absolutely essential tool when dealing with the rising numbers of sexually abused children who were much too young to verbally articulate what had been done to them.

NOW, we continue to have dolls for children that reflect the times we are currently living in and they are used for ...

Uh.......

You know what,  I don't even want to know what their teachers and parents use them for. 😖
