The Olympics are Against Jesus ❗️ (Well, there's a shocker) 🤨

 

Recently I keep replaying scenes from the movie “Die Hard” in my brain. You know how it goes…

 

Terrorists have taken over a big skyscraper in LA and the people at a Christmas Eve party are their hostages. Only New York cop, John McClane, 😃 knows about it and is trying to alert the local authorities.

He can't get the Fire Department to come, the dispatchers at 911 are upset because he's contacting them on a Walkie-Talkie, instead the proper way by phone, but at last he convinces them to send over a lone police patrol car to have a look. The cop does a little look-see and then decides it's a wild goose chase and begins driving away.

(Of course the Terrorists are smugly watching all of this too.)

Then suddenly BOOM! ☄️ a dead body hits the hood of the cop car and the Terrorists rain bullets down on him.

Then we see John, looking out of the window he just threw the dead body from, yelling,

“WELCOME TO THE PARTY, PAL!”

I can totally relate. It seems I am constantly trying to get people to acknowledge that we have some MAJOR problems that have been going on for years (sometimes decades) that they are just suddenly waking up to.

Case in point, The Olympics.

I haven't watched the Olympics for at least a dozen years, ever since they “came out” as hard core supporters of all things LGBTQ, which they have made glaringly obvious time and time again. I mean, even the Olympic logos were changed to reflect the LGBTQ rainbow.

It's interesting to see exactly WHO is so flipped out about this:

 People who are not Christians, but are getting very fed up with the LGBTQ constantly being in their faces and wrecking things and

 Ivory Tower Christians who are unaware that the REAL world is enduring some REAL problems. 

In Paris itself there are violent mobs running through the streets, the Ukraine is fighting mighty Russia, Israel is fighting Hamas and still trying to recover the Hostages (with NO help from anyone), and your average person is just trying to keep food on the table, a roof over their heads and body and soul together.

So do all these people care about a bunch of Jesus-Hating Queers and Transgender people doing blasphemous things at the Olympic Games? 

Yeah. Me neither.

We've wasted MORE than enough time on this topic. 

Let's move on to something that actually matters. 👉

Playing with Gender Dolls

This beloved brother and sister rag doll pair was the closest children ever got to gender issues.

Then in 1976 when I was ten years old (Oops❗️🙊 Accidentally outed my age on the internet again), on the sitcom, "All in the Family", Archie Bunker became the Grandpa to Joey Stivic and the Ideal Toy Company started selling the first "Anatomically Correct" doll. History sources make it sound like it created a few raised eyebrows from those who were too conservative and progressively backwards, but no major stir, which is FAR from the truth. Parents and Grandparents were appalled, citing that it was "sexualizing children", but to no avail. Anatomically correct dolls were here to stay.

Dreadfully, they gradually became an absolutely essential tool when dealing with the rising numbers of sexually abused children who were much too young to verbally articulate what had been done to them.

NOW, we continue to have dolls for children that reflect the times we are currently living in and they are used for ...

Uh.......

You know what,  I don't even want to know what their teachers and parents use them for. 😖

What Makes a Cult ❓️ (simplified)

 

A cult is not a cult because you disagree with it. What defines a cult is their structure and means of CONTROL, which is the same for EVERY cult, whether it is a religious, business, political or self-help one.

Top signs of every Cult;

Led by a Narcissistic, Charismatic person who is able to convince others that he (or she) is special and should not be questioned.

Isolating their members away from family and friends.

Keeping everyone overworked and tired with no quiet time alone for reflection.

A Punishment/Reward system that can involve extreme tactics or merely being shunned by the group until you start behaving properly again and comply.

You are not allowed to disagree with the Leader or their teachings. If you do, you come away doubting yourself and believing the problem is YOU not them.

A person's individuality is frowned upon and systematically destroyed.

Made to believe something bad will happen to you if you leave.

Required to make personal sacrifices for the greater good of the group.

Us vs Them mentality. You are in a fight with the people outside of the cult who don't agree with it's teachings.

The Leader controls your social interactions. Often involves life-long celibacy, but if it's a cult that allows marriage the Leader will make the arrangements for who people will marry, even though this may be done in a Covert manner. (acting as a Matchmaker)

Anyone who is exceptional at their job and getting recognition will be put into a lower position (because God wants them to learn Humility)

Conclusion.

You may be in a Cult but not aware of it because these traits were put upon you gradually. It is my hope you will read this basic list and begin to look at the group you're in with a more objective perspective.

Canada (Simplified)

 

I had plans to make several posts throughout the day to extol the virtues of my beautiful country on this, her birthday, but those plans were quickly thwarted by the  government which is in complete control of our media.

Some posts were removed after only a few minutes, some had portions of them blocked and others I wasn't allowed to post at all. So I have retreated to my last line of defense on the internet, my personal blog, to share my simple insights and feelings about my country.

“So, how old is Canada today, Laura-Lee?”

Well, that's a good question but the answer will differ depending on whom you are talking to.

The English people in the east believe Canada started with a document called “The British North American Act” (aka. BNA Act).

If you ask a French Canadian they would not agree with that. Those of us in western Canada believe Canada only became Canada when ALL ten Provinces and two Territories were united.

And our dozens of indigenous tribes all have their separate ideas depending on how far back they can trace their heritage.

But as we all bicker about the date of our birth I think most of us will agree on one thing, we are deeply fortunate and blessed to call this beautiful, majestic place our home.

Americans refer to their country as a “Melting Pot”, Canada has been referred to as a “Salad Bowl” but I think of us as a large “crazy” quilt. We are made up of bits and pieces and scraps of material left over, but put us together and you create something lovely, practical and warm.

I wish to dedicate this post to the tens of thousands of Canadians who have fled Canada in the last few years in order to attempt to secure a better future for themselves in another country. 

As you longingly turn your eyes home today remember that being a Canadian is not WHERE you live but WHO you are and that can never be taken from you.

Let us STAND together again as we sing our national anthem.
