How to Know Who to Hang Out With❓️ (* UPDATED. September 4)

This is such an important topic that I'm surprised more Bible teachers don't talk about it. So let's dive in!

 "Do not be deceived: 'Bad company ruins good morals.'"

Corinthians 15:33

“Walk with the wise and become wise,

    for a companion of fools suffers harm.”

Proverbs 13:20 

Knowing this as a principle is one thing, but  ☝️ people are two-faced, hypocritical and just plain old deceptive these days and many are actively trying to trap and use you. 😈 

So how do we figure out who is who? 🤔 

Let's get practical.

We must ask God for the wisdom to identify the different types of people because He wants us to be able to tell the difference so we are protected from them and from the harm they will cause us.

“If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.”

James 1:5

Another good way is to watch them endure hardships and affliction and the outcomes of those things. This will demonstrate their inner character and relationship to Jesus. But you must keep something in mind. ☝️ Some people are enduring bad times because they are ACTING FOR the Lord and others are enduring God's punishment as a JUDGMENT FOR willful disobedience to His will.

The difference will become evident as you watch HOW THEY BEHAVE and WHAT THEY SAY and  

if collateral damage happens to those around them, which will be a sign of them facing judgment for their evil actions.

🔴 Hardship is not always sent by God, but by Satan because we're giving him a hard time as servants of Jesus. But God will use these seasons of hardship to improve us and grow us up into better people.

"Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as his children. For what children are not disciplined by their father?  If you are not disciplined—and everyone undergoes discipline—then you are not legitimate, not true sons and daughters at all.” 

Hebrews 12:7-8 

True followers of Jesus will still be seeking Jesus in extended prayer time, focused not solely on themselves and will have a core of solidness and peace and they won't lose their sense of humor.

🔴 Some hardship is sent by God as Judgment for continuing, willful wrong doing, especially to those who are well aware of the Truth and what God expects of them and they ignore Him and do evil anyway. This hardship will be intense, thorough and purposeful.

“ If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left,  but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire that will consume the enemies of God.”

Hebrews 10:26-27

I've given you negative examples now let me give you a (VERY) positive example so you know what type of companions you are searching for.

“We put no stumbling block in anyone’s path, 

so that our ministry will not be discredited. Rather, as servants of God we commend ourselves in every way:

 in great endurance; in troubles, hardships and distresses; 

in beatings, imprisonments and riots; 

in hard work, sleepless nights and hunger; 

 in purity,

 understanding,

 patience and

 kindness;

 in the Holy Spirit and in sincere love; 

in truthful speech and

 in the power of God;

 with weapons of righteousness in the right hand and in the left; 

through glory and dishonor, bad report and good report;

 genuine, yet regarded as impostors;

  known, yet regarded as unknown;

Don't be discouraged because these people DO exist and, although they may not be plentiful in number, they will bring value and blessings to your life beyond what you can imagine. They are nearby because Jesus desires for you to find each other and, 

while you're PRAYING and WAITING  for their arrival, 

you can be building yourself into someone worthy of them.

When I was 4 years old in 1970 (Oops❗️🫢 I accidentally outed my age on the internet again) my entire family, (including several extended family members) had gathered in our living around the TV to watch a performance by Frank Sinatra "Live from the Royal Festival Hall." Jim and Mom seemed to appreciate my insightful wisdom and humor which was apparently completely lost  🙅‍♀️ on the rest of my family because I got no Kudos and even less smiles.

For more than 50 years I have watched this entire philosophy take over western civilization. Each individual thinking about themselves first and "Looking out for number ONE!" ☝️Of course "Number ONE" being themselves.

Common sense says "We can't ALL be 'Number ONE'  but other belief systems, like Evolution, come along, tell us we are just animals ("Naked Apes") and inserts, "survival of the fittest".

The workaholic Yuppies (Young Urban Professionals) from the 1980s, who were just about money, twisted the Golden Rule from the Bible into, 

"He who has the MOST gold makes the Rules".

It all makes me think of the book of Judges in the Bible when Israel had no kings and "everyone did what was right in his own eyes".

(JUDGES 17:6 and 21:25)

Those were days of chaos, lawlessness and extreme violence and now, with the return of SELF-centered Me-first living, we have again a society of chaos, lawlessness and extreme violence. However, THIS time we have WAY more people and WAY better weapons.

Let's get practical!❗️

There's the problem now what is the solution❓️

It comes in the form of  one of those Attitude Adjustments that are simple but not much fun.

" You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness."

Romans 6:18

Paul actually begins the letter to the Romans by identifying himself as,

"Paul, a slave to Jesus Christ ..."

Romans 1:1

The Apostle Simon Peter likewise refers to himself as a "servant" or "slave".

As do several other of Jesus's Apostles, Disciples and Followers.

They were not able to live with this servant/slave mindset because it flowed from their extreme holiness and rabid sainthood naturally, but from their many and intimate moments with Jesus himself.

"Just as the Son of Man [Jesus] did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”

Matthew 20:28

We become like the people we spend the most time around. You wish to become like Jesus? Spend more time with Him.

Simple. 💁‍♀️

But what ISN'T simple is trying to exist daily next to this evil mess which we planted decades ago with our self-indulgent deeds.

I don't have a solution to fix all of society only encouragement as we walk daily through it trying to survive.

We must become the servants of Jesus and we must LOOK FORWARD to the time when Jesus will be (very much) ruling and reigning from right here on earth.

"Here is my SERVANT whom I uphold,

    my chosen one in whom I delight;

I will put my Spirit on him,

    and he will bring justice to the nations.

2 He will not shout or cry out,

    or raise his voice in the streets.

3 A bruised reed he will not break,

    and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out.

In faithfulness he will bring forth justice;

4     he will not falter or be discouraged

till he establishes justice on EARTH.

    In his teaching the islands will put their hope.”

This WILL happen because God NEVER breaks His Promises and they are worth living for and longing for.

I became a Christian in 1978 just one month before my 12th birthday

 (Oops! 🫢 Accidentally outed my Biological and Christian age on the internet again)

And through all these decades I have told women it is fine to teach the Bible, ☝️ but we haven't the right to tell the men what to do because God has ordained them as our leaders. I have taken a LOT of crap and heat for saying it, but it's in God's Word so that is the way it HAS to be.

But I'm about to rescind that order because you are all in need of a kick in the butt and I'm wearing the boots to do it.

(Pausing to gather thoughts) 😔

I'm a Behaviorist and trained to identify anomalies in human behavior and I've been seeing some very disturbing things from our Christian leaders. Men that I would have declared as "solid" just six years ago.

When Covid shut Church doors many  Ministers started to put their sermons online. Suddenly they didn't just have a few hundred Congregants listening to them but gradually grew to have thousands of people listening to them online. That number grew to 10s of thousands and now HUNDREDS of Thousands. 😲

After that their next move was to get a book out as quickly as possible. Then another. Then another.

Then the big announcement,

"I'm stepping down as Pastor in order to focus on my Internet content and YouTube channel."

The beginning of the End for their character as they went off to chase the Carrot on the Stick.

Now EVERYTHING they do has a price tag attached to it.

It was such a short  time ago when their sermons were NOT Monetized, they were not constantly selling merchandise and Bible Conferences and Live Streams were F R E E❗️

SO tons of them have turned into money-grubbing, apostate hucksters. The Bible said it would it happen in these End Times, so it doesn't come as a huge surprise to me. I'm not going to waste a bunch of my precious time on them.

But what I do wish to address are the few men who are still Pastors of churches and putting out sermons. They wish to hold the line but they are sliding away fast due to strain and fatigue.

One major sign I've recently seen is Pastors increasingly becoming  forgetful and scatterbrained and mixing up people's names. I just saw a sermon where the Pastor kept mixing up Rebekah and Rachel.

Another one kept saying Solomon when he meant Samson.

And they are all getting Bible references wrong.

Sometimes they will even forget where the Bible event took place.

Or they are going off their topic and interjecting rants about politics, antisemitism, communism, fascism, Tucker selling out to Qatar and Candace being insane.

Ministers are so incredibly agitated they can no longer stand still behind their pulpits but pace around yelling.

You are all looking and sounding like ranting, hyper LUNATICS❗️

Look, Pastor, I get it. You have tons of demands on you and a LOT of people relying on you. You realize Jesus's return is close and you are feeling the intensity of purpose and dwindling time and are desperate to keep your Followers doctrinally correct, but the greatest contribution you can make to those who follow you is to remain

I was thinking of great military leaders of recent wars. They were leading men into active combat and frontline situations and they just didn't have the luxury of FREAKING out because people were depending on them, watching them and feeding off of their vibes.

What do you think it does for your church members to see your sermons filled with mistakes, you constantly forgetful, peevish, and HAVING a meltdown!

It's extremely frightening for us.

Let's get practical❗️

When I see a Minister fretful and forgetful I know the time they spend in  in their Prayer Closet is the problem. They are not spending enough time in the presence of the "Prince of Peace" and it is affecting everything in their lives.

If you cannot preach the Word or give a talk in a clear, concise manner that inspires confidence in Jesus, you need to spend more quiet prayer time to focus on the Lord before you hit the stage or get in front of a camera.

You also need to preserve at least one ☝️day a week where you completely disconnect from the Internet for 24 hours. ALL devices off❗️No exceptions. Most Pastors have Sundays as their busiest day of the week so they preserve Monday to completely close up shop. Trust me, the World will keep revolving and the Universe unfolding without you for a day.

If you find you cannot do what I say, then you are already past any help I can give you and need to seek professional help before you Crash and Burn.

 Stop acting like a little girl who has her petticoats on fire. We are enduring some evil, confusing and tumultuous days, there are more to come and 

... we need you, Pastor.

(Oh. And let's not tell the Women-Folk what we discussed or I'll never hear the end of it.) 🫪

Beware of the Canadian Drop Grizzly❗️

 

Much like its counterpart the Australian Drop Bear, the Canadian Drop Grizzly (scientific classification: Ursus Arctos Precipitus) hides in the branches of Evergreen trees like Spruce, Cedar and Fir, which are prevalent in the Canadian wilderness.

Adult grizzly bears typically measure 3 to 4.5 feet (0.9 to 1.4 meters) at the shoulder on all fours. Their total head-to-body length ranges from 5.5 to 8 feet (1.7 to 2.4 meters).

Adult Males weigh 800 - 850 lbs (336 - 360 Kg) , while Females usually don't weigh more than 500 lbs (227 Kg).

Drop Grizzlies are particularly and violently attracted to 3M Duct Tape but can be deterred by rubbing Pure Canadian Maple Syrup on your face, neck and any exposed skin.

Lies and Misinformation About Jim Jones

Almost nobody had even heard about Jim Jones BEFORE November 1978. That was about to forever change.

Short documentaries  don't adequately depict how it really was. We were getting news of Jonestown (whatever that was) 🤷‍♀️ just a little here and a little there over the course of days, starting with the news that  American Congressman, Leo Ryan had been murdered in Guyana,  South America.

Then gradually, like an unending nightmare that stretched on for days, weeks then years, we gradually started getting the full picture.

This video is footage from American nightly news broadcasts as we all learned together the facts of what happened and why history has named the events, "The Guyana Tragedy of the Jonestown Massacre".

And if you think all those hundreds of people just quietly and happily "drank the Kool-aid" you are WRONG!

Their hundreds of children were killed first by lethal injection or by squirting poisoned grape juice into their mouths with squirt guns. Then the parents willingly followed them into a "death with dignity".

I remember them carrying out of Jonestown dozens of body bags no bigger than a small duffle bag because it housed a baby or small child.

It is hard to know how many Cults there were in the 1970s,  because most were small and hidden. But since Jonestown people have been keeping track.

According to the "International Cultic Studies Association" they have estimated there are about 10,000 "New Religious Movements" (modern word for cult) just in America. Some are completely online, many masquerading as something wonderful, helpful and Divinely inspired, ALL deceptive and dangerous.

I can't help but wonder if everyone would still be alive if authorities hadn't been corrupt and had acted sooner.

On Again, Off Again with YouTube (UPDATED August 8)

 

Last year in December 2025 YouTube, after 17 years, denied me access to my channel claiming I was SCAMMING people. 

I appealed stating that since I'm not Monetized, have No Store, NO Ads, NO Merchandise, never ask for Donations and never make a dime from being online I couldn't possibly be scamming anyone.

They reviewed my channel's content, upheld their decision and not only denied me access to my Channel again, but denied me access to ALL of YouTube.

Within just TWO days of being off YouTube I started sleeping longer periods of  uninterrupted time and my frazzled nerves had calmed down within ONE week.

I didn't realize how much the CONSTANT Ads breaking into videos, hyper compilation videos and Algorithms thrusting the newest Shorts in our faces keep us in a state of constant agitation.

Yesterday I found a "backdoor" back onto YouTube. I still have no access to my channel, (which BTW IS still there, even though they lied and told me they had wiped out all my previous content) but now I can view videos in "Mobile Mode".

I decided to check out what the main Ministries, Churches and Christian singers I used to Subscribe to had been doing all this time. 😀

Then I remembered what had been the MAIN cause of my sleepless nights. It had gradually, through the years, gotten to the point where they had ALL become MONETIZED and it was infuriating me having my SERMONS and WORSHIP music frequently interrupted by Ads for Stuck Poop, Casinos, Fat Naked women jumping up and down in Shapermint bras and all manner of heinous Disney+ shows.

Then THEY have the AUDACITY and UNMITIGATED GALL to sit smuggly in SELF-righteousness and preach to US about living "uncompromising lifestyles" and they actually get angry and rant about OTHER Christians who are members of the "Laodicean, End Times Church".

ARRRRRRG❗️

AHHHHHH ❗️

As you can tell my nerves are rattled again. I have decided that me parting company with YouTube was a GOOD thing and it will happen again but THIS time ...

I am dumping THEM❗️

And I don't just mean YouTube. I mean the hypocritical, money-grubbing "Christian" preachers and singers too! 😡 You cannot make a MOCKERY of MY Jesus and His HOLY WORD and expect to find me meekly following you.

PPS. I will warn you away from Ken Ham, his Flunkies, ministry pals and all things Answers in Genesis (including the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter) though,  because it's a full out CULT!

Yesterday I was watching Jan Markell from Olive Tree Ministries interview her friend Michelle Bachman on YouTube. They were discussing several topics but right at the point they were telling us that AI is the foundation for the kingdom of the ANTICHRIST there was an AD for Elon's Starlink.

Jan is making money from the very things she says is Satanic❗️😱

When rock steady Jan Markell has her talks Monetized and is taking worldly money, I think we need to be setting some Holy boundaries and be getting our information DIRECTLY from Jesus through the Holy Spirit and His Holy Word and abandon the Money-grubbers to their fates.
